The RCMP is now taking approximately 3 to 9 months to send reports, but there are instances where it does take longer. Please keep in mind that the RCMP is a separate government organization and that Pardons Canada does not have control over their timelines. If your RCMP file is taking over 6 months Pardons Canada will conduct a follow up with the RCMP to find out the status on your file.
