This is the first step to complete your Pardon/Record Suspension application. Your prints are taken to generate your RCMP report. This lists your convictions or non-convictions and provides information such as the arresting police and punishment received. The RCMP report is one of the requirements for the Parole Board of Canada to be able to grant you a Pardon/Record Suspension. This is also one of the requirements for the Department of Homeland Security to grant you a Waiver.
