One of the conditions of sentencing from most DUI or Impaired Driving charges is to attend the Back on Track Program. Many people become aware of being able to get a Pardon from the Back on Track Program.
It can be a relief to know that the criminal charge of Impaired Driving does not have to stay on your record forever.
