If you have been fingerprinted by the police and charged or convicted for a criminal offence you can be denied entry to the US.

Each day we receive hundreds of emails and calls from people across the country who have been denied entry to the US due to an old criminal charge.

You could have crossed the border in the past without issue but the Americans have become more strict at the border and are doing more criminal checks than ever before.

The good news is that once your pardon or record suspension has been granted, you will be safe to travel.  You only need a US Entry Waiver if you’ve been denied entry to the US.
