Visitor: I was denied entry at the US border due to a conditional sentence I received nearly 10 years ago. My family and I were absolutely heartbroken yesterday as we were on our way to our first family vacation to DisneyWorld. They gave me an e-safe waiver package. But it’s very confusing. What do I need to do to never have to go through this again? Can I get this all done so I can reschedule this vacation for my family sooner than later?

Pardons Canada:  The Americans do random criminal checks and they did that to you so you are now in their system and require a US entry waiver or I-192 or I-194 to regain access to the US.  The process for applying for a US entry waiver through e-safe is complicated and takes time.  We have been helping people to get US waivers for over 35 years and can help with the waiver application.  You will require court records, police reports and RCMP files and numerous letters which we will assist you to gather and prepare.  To learn more about applying for a waiver click here: https://pardons.org/traveling-to-us/
