Effective Jan 2024 all tow truck drivers must pass a criminal record check in order to maintain their towing licence in Ontario.

We have been helping all of the towing companies to comply with this new regulation for their drivers by getting pardons for those with a criminal record. As soon as we start the application we can issue a support letter indicating the pardon is in process which may appease the licensing office in the meantime.
