I am writing to show my appreciation for your help with removing my fingerprints and police records. Having my file removed will help me in many areas of my life. I recently graduated from college in 2018. By removing my fingerprints by way of a file destruction, this helps going forward being able to start a career without the setback of having a criminal record.
I can now apply for jobs without the worry of going through a criminal background check and being turned down due to a past mistake which I have already paid for. Many jobs do criminal background checks nowadays, having a criminal record can deny you of opportunities to gainful employment. Traveling can also be a problem, this gives peace of mind and makes life so much easier going forward. I know everybody’s case is different, my file was quick it took eight months and I was clear.
Thanks again Pardons Canada for your help with removing my criminal record.
Pardons Canada: A file destruction can be quicker than a pardon or record suspension as it does not require approval from the government arm, the parole board since it is not a conviction. If it was a full conviction then the application would have to be submitted for approval to the government which can take even longer and be more expensive. In this case, we simply needed to get the police and rcmp to agree to remove the criminal record.
