If you have a criminal record, no matter how small the charge, the US government has the right to deny you entry to the US.

Even if your criminal charges were dismissed, stayed, withdrawn or absolute and conditionally discharged, you may still be denied entry.

Its interesting that many people who call us to help them remove an old criminal record or obtain a US Entry Waiver or I-194, want to travel to the US with their family to visit Disney or other forms of entertainment including NASCAR races, rock concerts, hockey games and other sporting events, to name a few.

Obtaining an I-194 is a lengthy and complex process and that is why so many people rely on our expertise to obtain a successful application with DHS (Department of Homeland Security).

If you have never been denied entry to the US then it is possible to get a Canada Pardon first which will effectively remove your criminal record from public record.  You may then be safe to travel to the US worry-free.

Regardless of your situation, its a good idea to call our toll free anonymous hotline so that you can ask questions specifically relating to your circumstances, as every file can be different.

If you have any questions regarding this topic or about Pardons and US Entry Waivers email us at info@pardons.org or call 1-877-929-6011.
