Many people are not aware that a Pardon can be obtained from anywhere in Canada regardless of where you live.
If you have moved to Calgary for example, and your criminal charges were in Ontario, we will need to collect all the records from the courts and police in Ontario.
Once a pardon is obtained, you will be safe to get a job without the worry of a criminal background check getting in the way. You will also be safe to travel to the US assuming the Americans do not already have a file on you.
