Every day we help Canadians obtain US Entry Waivers or an I-194 so that they can travel safely to the US.
A US Entry or I-194 is required if you have a criminal record in Canada and you have been denied entry to the US.
If you have a criminal record in Canada but have not been denied entry to the US, you may be safe to travel once you have received a Canada Pardon, depending on the file.
