Visitor: I was denied entry to the USA and given a 5 year ban. I overstayed one day last year, however my passport was never stamped and I traveled to the USA a few times after that with no issues.

I am a professional dancer that must travel to compete and train in the USA. Please let me know if you can help me out with removing this 5 year ban.

Pardons Canada: We will need to lift the ban with an I212 and then we will need a US Entry Waiver I-194 to get into the US. Both of these applications cost a fee as well as preparation of the application which can take time.
