Pardons Canada: Denied entry at US border, how to get a waiver

Visitor: I was denied entry at the US border due to a conditional sentence I received nearly 10 years ago. My family and I were absolutely heartbroken yesterday as we were on our way to our first family vacation to DisneyWorld. They gave me an e-safe waiver package. But it’s very confusing. What do I need to do to never have to go through this again? Can I get this all done so I can reschedule this vacation for my family sooner than later?
