Visitor: I have been to Canada from India on 30th August 2017 on study visa. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my studies and in between I got arrested for assault on 13th November 2018 in Whitehorse, Yukon Canada. That was the first time RCMP had my fingerprints.
While I was in Whitehorse Correctional Centre CBSA detained me for not respecting the guidelines of study permit as I was not able to complete my studies. So they issued one year exclusion order on me as a punishment that I am not able to return to Canada from one year once I leave. Around December 14, 2018 my cousin from Surrey, BC Canada became my guarantee and I got bail with condition and bond money. My conditions were I had night curfew from 11 pm till 6 am. I was on weekly checks with CBSA office in Vancouver where I again had my fingerprints done for immigration purpose and I have paid $1000 bond to Whitehorse court and $2000 bond to CBSA.
In around February my case was transferred to domestic court where I was suggested to do relationship course,Ii completed that very well and my parole officer gave really good remarks in court about my performance. So Crown suggested me to plead guilty on some charges and I will get absolute discharge and the other charges will be a stay of the proceedings. So I did the same and got absolute discharge on April 15, 2019. I came back to India on 29 april 2019. Now I want to go back to Canada as I have my girlfriend up there and soon we are getting married and I had conversation with my immigration lawyer already I must need Pardon to go back to Canada. I have attached all the necessary documents and charge sheet below.
Pardons Canada: Once your pardon is granted for the assault charge and the file destruction completed to remove prints for your absolute discharge and stay of proceedings then you should be safe with Immigration Canada to return to Canada to visit your girlfriend and make a new life in Canada.
