Each week we receive many thank you letters from people we have helped to remove old criminal records or obtain US Entry Waivers.
Even if the criminal record is very old, the Americans can turn you away at the US border if they see that you have a criminal record. The good news is that once the pardon/record suspension is granted, the Americans will not see anything and let you pass, assuming they have never stopped you in the past.
