Your specific question:

I initially contacted Pardons Canada on January 11, 2021 and I spoke to Andrew Tea on the phone same day. I did not send the required documents back or start the process yet. However, you keep charging my credit card every month. Andrew Tea on January 11, 2021 told me that the total fee is $800, however until today you charged me $1124 ($250 + 4 x $218.5). Is this an explanation for why you charged me more than $800 and why you charged the whole amount while the process did not start yet? Please provide an explanation and stop charging my credit card any further money until we figure out together what is going on? Also, I tried to reach client support team by phone, and I expect a call back shortly to clarify.
